SHIPPING POLICY
The Global Fan Store (GFS)
1. SHIPPING ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout.
The Global Fan Store (GFS) is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;

Address changes requested after the order has been processed or shipped.
If an error occurs due to GFS or its fulfillment partners, we will take full responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
2. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
By placing an order with GFS, you acknowledge and agree that:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer;

GFS has no control over these charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note:

In some cases, particularly for free or economy shipping options, tracking information may be limited or unavailable;

Tracking availability depends on the carrier and shipping method selected.
4. TRACKING STATUS: “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”
For certain carriers, tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the system after shipment.
If:

More than 5 business days have passed since your shipping confirmation; and

Tracking information has not updated,
Please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.
5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
For logistical and inventory management reasons, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected at checkout.
In such cases:

Each package may have its own tracking number;

Items may arrive on different dates.
