1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to The Global Fan Store (“GFS”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, browsing, or using www.theglobalfanstore.ca (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any related policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein (including our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy).

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
